This page (once I get around to sorting it out) will provide lots and lots of interesting information about the Red Dog Saloon in Virginia City, NV together with details of about the emergence of the Family Dog, the Matrix et al from the Summer of 1965.

In the interim, the interest should be sustained by running along to visit Mary Works (director of the of the highly recommended historical artefact The Life and Times of the Red Dog Saloon) at Red Dog Enterprises.  Mary has lots of nifty stuff for sale including the Red Dog video, commemorative tee-shirts (for those folk like me who still have the trim body line) and even some great posters including a commemorative reprint of "The Seed" (as seen on the 1965 and the Acid Tests page).  You can order online and pay via PayPal, but please send a second payment to cover reasonable postage costs, as the web site currently does not calculate shipping and handling.

The Copyright for the Red Dog logo, the reunion poster and all the materials for sale at Red Dog Enterprises is vested in Mary Works who has kindly agreed to let us use it here.
